Corporate Law governs the setting up of companies, changes in partners and shareholders, dispute resolution, and restructurings, as well as the winding up of corporations. We serve medium-sized companies predominantly in the German legal entity domains of GbR (unlimited civil law partnership), KG (limited partnership) and OHG (general partnership), as well as GmbH (limited liability corporation). We provide advice in the phase of creation of an entity, including the drafting of articles of association optimized under tax and economic aspects. Furthermore, we represent corporations as well as individual shareholders in legal disputes regarding participation rights and duties.
