Labor Law
We work in both branches of Labor Law: individual and collective. Individual Labor Law deals with with the legal relationship between employer and employee. Collective Labor Law regulates the relationship of the employer with trade unions and workers’ representatives. We are positioned particularly strongly in the area of Labor Law with eight specialized lawyers, five of which are chartered specialists, operating nationwide.
Among our clients are prominent national and international mid-sized and large businesses, international organisations, embassies, districts and municipalities, public-law corporations, hospitals, foundations and charitable organizations. Furthermore, we advise individual company employees and executives, as well as independent contractors.
