Volker Günzel studied in Erlangen and Rennes, France, and was admitted to the bar in 2005. He served as a research associate for Corporate, Tax and Labour Law at the University of Würzburg, and wrote his doctoral thesis in Labour Law on the topic of European joint-stock corporations. His practice focuses primarily on matters of Franchise, Sales and Distribution Law.
