Astana Finance Days 2019 – Panel session on the AIFC International Arbitration Centre + Panel IAC Arb-Med Demonstration

In 2019, we analyze what happened in this decade and look forward to finding new ways and roads. Nur-Sultan is a brand-new name on the global financial market — can it also offer new opportunities? Astana Finance Days, a multi-day finance festival, will try to answer these questions, raise new issues, and propose new ideas that will shape regional and global financial markets.

Astana Finance Days will open its doors for global thinkers, policy makers, representatives from business, public service, and academia. It will also gather representatives of all current AIFC tenants and members of the councils and boards of AIFC bodies.
Beginning of Astana Finance Days, July 1st–2nd, will host regular meetings of AIFC councils and boards of directors of key AIFC bodies. It will also start with seminars & workshops, satellite events, and exhibitions.

On July 3rd-4th, AIFC will host its headliner International Forum covering four tracks: Infrastructure Finance, Impact Finance, Innovative Finance, Islamic Finance, as well as II AIFC Law Conference. On July 3rd, AIFC will proudly host dinner with keynote speakers presenting fresh ideas on how to adopt in the ever-changing world.
The official program will conclude with the II Annual AIFC International Council meeting.

1. AIFC LAW CONFERENCE: This panel will focus on alternative dispute resolution of the AIFC based on the best international arbitration and mediation practice. The panelists will discuss opportunities and advantages of services offered by the AIFC International Arbitration Centre.
